I've always been 1 to call it as I see it and have no reason to "have it out for you".

Would be interesting to have another PERB member book a session and report back. If his experience is entirely different than mine then I will retract my statement and consider it as me having a very bad day or you just having a bad "hair" day.

Until then, I stand by my original review.
