I see a couple of shadow dommes on CL. Any intel on Roxy, MissTrix, Diamond, Roseliscious or Faith? They all scare me, but excite me in some carnal way.

Not to take anything away from the ladies on this site, but they have to start somewhere. At least they are making an effort to learn the ropes, ( no pun intended ) before going "pro".
Prior question first....That's true. I just prefer that they 'learn the ropes' on your dime...not mine.
It doesn't take much to put together a decent website these days. Having one shows that the lady is serious about building up a reputable business and is not a 'fly-by-nighter' looking for quick cash with questionable services. Hell, some of those CL girls don't even provide a phone number in their ads. You wouldn't know who the fuck you are emailing with your info. Probably a Nigerian Prince with an inheritance for you...just send the $175 processing fee first..well, you know the rest.
Why take a chance with your hard-earned entertainment dollars? Would you go see Cop Out if Avatar was playing in the next theatre?
I call a domme that 'lurks in the shadows' a shadow domme. ie: not so mainstream. Some of my most memorable sessions have been with non-mainstream dommes that don't have fancy web-sites and a set menu.
Next question. Why bother?...
For me, visiting a shodow domme can be edgie and exciting. Yup, there's some risk involved. Yup, sometimes it turns out to be a TOFTT experience. But sometimes, I find a diamond on the fringe. It i great to find a new emerging domme and see her a number of times before she goes all corporate on us. I have seen most of the mainstream dommes in town and have had excellent sessions with them, both first visits and repeats. So why would I not just stick with them?
....Because I am a man dammit! I seek adventure, a touch of danger, climbing the mountain not yet climbed. It is like the difference between going to see a major hollywood movie, vs. a little known foreign film. With the hollywood production, I get what I expect to get, it is good, but mostly predictable. With a foreign film, there is a lot of 'what the heck was that?", but then every once in a while, one totally shocks you and changes your life. So I see a mainstream domme when I want a tingle with a fairly low risk storyline. I see a shadow domme when I need to go after a thrill.
Now, anyone actually seen these ladies? Shadow me up boys, I will share too!
Some of these Shadow Dommes appeal to me because they don't have strictures against sexual contact.
