On a related note...anyone got a rental property in need of a good tenant? The weather is about to turn, and the floors at my place will be awfully chilly in mid December!!! I'm looking for a live/work space, 3+ bedrooms, 2 full bath preferred, pet friendly with a yard and nonintrusive neighbours. (To say nothing of an understanding landlord....:eyebrows

That Shangri La is the absolute fabulous tits of em all around Vancouver. Pacific Rim has the best location and I am betting the condo's attached to that property would demand more than 7K a month.
