I penciled in an appt tonight for 9pm. April didn't see it I guess because it was in pencil ( Gawd forbid) and booked me an appt for 9:30. I found out at 8:55 about the 9:30, so I knew I was going to be running late. Nobody's fault. We are human. I didn't want to rush my 9 o'clock too much cause that wouldn't be fair. I did the best I could and unfortunately didn't get out of the room till 10:15. 5 min's later the 9:30 calls telling me he waited until 10:20 and then left. Strange, cause I was out of the room at 10:15. I appologised and appologised and appologised but there was just no pleasing this man. " I won't be back'. Even after offering him a session that was half price or one that was 1.5 hrs for the price of one. Then I explained that because it was written in pencil April didn't see it. "I don't care, I won't be back', and you can tell April that too'. I feel bad he had to wait that long but it was an honest mistake and these things happen. But hey, guess what? After hearing his attitude about the whole situation I don't feel that bad. I did what I could to try and rectify the situation and just got nothing but a bad attitude back. I did everything short of having him come in here and litterally kissing his f*****g ass. Something tells me he is a Perb member and will be on here just blasting me. At this point I don't even care. I give up.

Take care

Rebecca you are right. things do happen and mistakes are made. i am pretty sure that the guy in question was told that you were running late. so the way i see it is that it was his decision to stay til 10:20. there is no need for you to have to kiss this guys ass. if he can not understand it, then maybe it is better that he does not return. as i am sure he will let you know that it was him who had waited. you offered and he didnt take advantage of your offer(s). no need for you to apologize to asses like that.

At the end of the day, there really isn't much one can do when someone has their mind set on something. It was an honest mistake, and something that doesn't happen often (hopefully for you) and you did make offers to correct that mistake. You also did apologize and admit a mistake was made. I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. What i would do is make sure that it doesn't happen again. Was this at aristocrats? I've been meaning to stop in there myself sometime, just never down in that area of town anymore.

Rebecca,

Stuff happens and while we wish it wouldn't happen to us it sometimes does. You did all you could do and if he didn't see that you were trying to go above and beyond in trying to make things right, well that's his loss.

Is this guy crazy or what? A make up session at 1/2 price and he still wasn't happy? With an attitude like that, I think you can count your blessings that he didn't stay with you in the first place. God knows you tried to rectify an honest mistake which wasn't even your fault in the first place. And if you tried to rush the first guy, then he would have been pissed off. Sounds like a no win situation to me.

In some ways, I can understand the guy being very upset, as situations similar to this have happened to me in the past on several occasions. Mostly back in the old Fantasy days, where double bookings and overtime time sessions were a common occurance. Sure you get upset at the moment but after awhile you learn to get over it. I would have missed out on some great SPs if I didn't.
Rebecca, if this dude decides not to see you or April anymore, than it is his loss, not yours.

P.S.- And to answer your heading on this thread. You were born to brighten up the lives of your many fans and put a smile on our faces everytime we look into your lovely eyes. Something which I hope to continue experiancing for a long time to come.
Keep your chin up darlin.

It wasnt until her 9 pm appointment showed up and said he had an appointment with her, that I went back and saw that I had overlapped her booking.
I explained to her right away my mistake and she was cool with it.

I had even apologized to him myself when he first showed up.
I explained to him that it was my mistake because I quickly glanced at that schedule and didnt see any appointment for that time. He didnt seem to have a problem then, and said it was ok.

This is the first time I had ever done this. And I feel truly bad for being the cause of this.

I dont think it will be the last time that I see him. And if I do, I will be sure to point out that we all make mistakes...himself included.

If he was a first time client, probably best the way it worked out.

Rebecca

If his attitude was this bad, I can't imagine much fun during the session. I can's see his personality varying if you were on time. Something else would have set him off.

He needs some anger management, lol.

I had a similar situation there not too long ago, not that it is a recurring problem or anything. It was more of time thing preventing the SP to be properly prepared. I was able to shower and wait in the room though. I never got mad, in fact I had to assure the lady everything was fine as she was very apologetic. It was well worth the wait, as I'm sure you would be too Rebecca.

Maybe you need one of those big black Jiffy markers. :)

Just wanted to repsond to your title question. The way I look at it, we are all on this earth to make someone else smile... Even if only once. I know the one time I saw you I was sure smiling when I left. You are a great gal, and don't let things like this worry you... Shit happens... It happened to me before... (well something somewhat similar). You have to take life as it comes... Have a great day.

Between the legs of a HOT SP!!
I have to agree with mrbjt, went to Aristocrats for the first time recently, saw April for the first time. Aristocrats seems like a very nice place, and April rocked my world, she went above and beyond in showing excellent service and had a very kind, caring, friendly attitude. My experience with April was amazing, and I will definitely be back there.

Rebecca, you made an honest mistake and apologized to all involved and offered to made amends to the offended party. I think you did more than what was needed in offering the discounted sessions to the guy. Not sure what his problem is but I would have been all over that offer as I would not really expect more than an apology. I happens, it sucks but honest mistakes happen, he needs to get over it.

I think we all have expressed a similar sentiment on the this thread that everyone did what they could considering the circumstances, and if he is not ok with that, it is his problem. Looking forward to visiting Aristocrats again in the near future.

Thanks for the reply's, my day is starting off much better because of it.

I just wanted to mention one more time that this was not April's fault. It was just an honest mistake. I wonder if this guy we are speaking of has ever booked an appt with a girl and then not shown up, and not bothered to call to cancel? ANyways, thanks again.

Have a nice day.

 Everyone here knows I am half blind ... So yes a black jiffy marker isnt a bad idea lol. At least when I am working.

Rebecca and I are great friends. That is who suggested that I come work at Aristocrats. I love when we get to work together, so no maliciousness was intended....just bad eyesight. :(
