Heading to Seoul and the only things I found were red light districts, strips, and parlours. Would anyone know if there are micros similar to here that provide GFE instead of a quick bang?
Found a few agencies but most are outcall only which I don't want to do and I'm using a room on airbnb.

There are several areas called "massage parlours"
You will almost never find information about these kinds of places on the internet though.
If you are a foreigner, it might be difficult for you to find these places.
These places often get busted and re-open all the time.
As for the fast pump and dump part, that is inaccurate.
A lot of the more high-end "massage parlours" service you, often with 2 girls giving you oral, and then the girl you picked comes in and finishes you off. Then you sleep over there in a private space.
The reason why they get two girls to come there and blow you is to get you to finish quicker with the girl you chose to fuck. So in that case I guess you're correct in the pump and dump part. But, I have had an experience where the girl actually enjoyed herself and asked me to keep going. It all depends on your own stamina to be honest. They have made the process very efficient and quick, just like everything else in Seoul
Otherwise, yes, most are just outcalls.
Red light districts are super suspicious and sometime dangerous in certain parts of Seoul.
