This is an unusual way to retain a lawyer, but I tend to take the road less travelled.
Im due to be in court very soon. We all know that one who represents themselves has a fool for a lawyer. This is a nobrainer.
The research is complete the statement of facts has been documented and the paperwork complete and registered. Etc.....
Overall favor is for me.
What i am looking for essentially ( with all due respect) is a "suit" to best present my case to the court and the judge in an authoritive and professional fashion, with the education and polished presence that a civil lawyer can provide.
Compensation to be negotiated.

If the facts are in your favour, why waste money or time on a lawyer. I haven't lost yet in Civil, Criminal or Traffic Court representing myself. In fact the only case I ever lost was when I was represented by a lawyer, I appealed it myself and won the appeal. Sometimes, representing yourself actually works in your favour because you can get away with things a lawyer can't, he's expected to know the rules, you're not.
