The use of dental dams for oral is not uncommon and I've even seen them for sale in sex shops. Personally I think latex panties are much hotter

Saran wrap doesn't protect you from anything in the slightest... it's much more porous and prone to being damaged than a condom, or other similar device.

Using saran wrap for this is idiotic. It's almost as stupid as using saran wrap instead of a condom. If you're worried about STDs use a dental dam, not saran wrap.
