Since there was a Rugby World Cup thread, I thought I'd start one for the 7s that is coming to Van next month

I don't expect Canada to do well, tbh, but it'll be fun to watch all the matches.

Sevens rugby is a great sport to watch. I'll be there.

Me too! Although I like the Test Matches the best, the Sevens is as exciting as it can get.

Watched Womens 7's in Victoria last year going again this year. Such a fast paced game and they are amazing athletes.

I'll be trying to make the women's 7's in April as well as I missed it last year.

The real question is what costume will you be wearing to the tournament?

I've noticed that they haven't advertised it much, but Sevens tournaments throughout the world are renowned for being the largest costume party of the year. And some of the female costumes are VERY sexy.

ended up to be a really good weekend for our boys. winning 5 out of 6 matches.
as much as I wanted to, I couldn't make it, but I did watch on tsn.

there's always next month with the women's tourney in Langford.. and next year too
