Has anyone seen this sp? The ad was posted yesterday on LL and had the sp holding up a sign that said April 18, 2022. But now the ad is gone. I tried calling the number but nothing went through, just wondering if anyone has seen this sp this week or if it's a scam?

Scam. Set up an appointment and got the standard "eTransfer and I'l buzz you in" thing.

I have seen her ad pop up here and there but never have I seen a review, and the communication starts to become kind of odd once you start to book a session.

Exactly, likely just trying to get people to the door to make a bad snap decision.
