Revive Edmonton - closed?

First, I tried to book with my sweet little Katya at Revive. After a 1/2 hr of trying to phone but no answer (too busy? closed?), I gave up on them and checked the schedules of the other MPs.

i tried calling revive, but for some reason all weekend they didnt answer the phones so that was out

So both of us couldn't get through at Revive this past weekend. I kept getting the voicemail, so it's not like they forgot to pay the phone bill. Was Revive closed this past weekend? Closed permanently?

If they are still open...the lack of phone response certainly cost one SP some business from me. Perhaps if they want to move back into the upper echelon of the MPs, they might want to consider a receptionist.

Revive has NOT closed down. We are definitely still open. We did close early at 8pm on Saturday November 27, 2010 for our Christmas Party and opened late at 2pm on Sunday November 28. Sorry for the confusion or inconvenience that may have occured. Any other questions, feel free to ask

thanks for the heads up Mya. just an idea for next time to suggest to management. maybe put that on the website schedule so everyone knows, rather than jump to conclusions. once again thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the clarification, Mya, and welcome to PERB! Just to add to 69guy's suggestion, updating the voicemail message might also help in such situations.

Speaking of website updates....how about some pics of the ladies? Most of them have none.

yes i agree with that. some type of update would be good, just to let us know whats going on. had i known they would be open a bit later in the afternoon i would have waited a bit more to see some of the ladies rather than drive around trying to figure out where to go. so yeah, even the slightest wait on keeping your affairs current can cost the ladies some $$$. no biggie, just a comment.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'll pass along the message. And as for the website...it is going through a complete make-over as we speak since there has been many problems with our current website (one of which is uploading photos) and will be up shortly for your viewing pleasure
