I've been in this hobby a long time and never encountered such poor attitude before. She is the one who is selling a service, but her sales pitch is not convincing at all. If I have to worry about her mood the day that I come in, I'd just as soon get myself a girlfriend.
With this attitude, this place is going under in a hurry. It never was much to start with, but this should be the final nail.
