HV spa is located across from the back entrance of the KSL Mall. It is located in the same building as the Holiday Villa Hotel, hence the name HV. The entrance is tricky to find. Its on the back side of the hotel building on Jalan Pelanduk. The Holiday Vllla hotel is actually on Jalan Dato Sulaiman. The address lists it as 260 Jalan Dato Sulaiman. But this the not the real address, its the hotel's. When you go to the back of the hotel, there is a small lane, with a row of eateries and stores. The entrance is hidden in this row. You have to look up for their sign. Go in and take the elevator up, 6th floor if I remember.
Once you get off the elevator, there is a huge reception area. And a front desk. An attendant will usher you to the counter. They have a menu of what you can choose from. I choose the package which included the buffet and full use of all the facilities for the day, and one shot with the girl of your choice. As of May 2025, the package cost was RM$268. The big advantage of the package is not the buffet or spa facilities, but the fact the fact that you can order subsequent girls for RM$180 (if I recall) is the real bargain. After paying, you are ushered to the locker room. U change and put your clothes into the locker. The locker tag is given to u when you pay at the front desk. U just scan it and it opens the locker. In the buffet area, you order hot local dishes, and hot and cold beverage. No alcohol. But be warned. Smoking is allowed in the buffet area, and in fact in the theatres too. 2 floors
