I had some run-ins via PM with Chantal a few months back, and at the time, there’s no way I would ever have seen her as a client. However, we more or less settled things a couple of months ago. After several posters tried and recommended her, I decided that I would see her at some point in the future.

So, a few weeks ago, I called her and booked an appointment. I used “stealth mode”, i.e. I didn’t identify myself as Avery. I used another alter ego that I’ve had for years. All I told her was that I had seen her a couple of times only at Executive Bath (true). I never mentioned PERB, just her text ad on Escorts-Canada. Her rate was $150 per hour at the time. I don’t know if she’s raised it since.

I arrived on time at her bachelor apartment, which is located a few blocks from the west end of the Nairn overpass. She greeted me in a friendly, but slightly subdued manner. We chatted for a few minutes, and then I went to wash up. She has a futon, so that’s where I headed after washing.

She was still in her lingerie, but I was naked. She’s in pretty decent shape. It’s no secret her boobs are enhanced, but she still has perky, responsive nipples. We embraced and started fooling around a little. She didn’t seem to be much into kissing, which was disappointing, but we continued with a lot of gentle caressing, etc. Once she was fully undressed, I started to DATY, She seemed to enjoy it, but wasn’t nearly as expressive as many other local ladies. She then performed a very ordinary and fairly brief CBJ. We then started FS in missionary, and after a few minutes, we switched to doggy, where I finished. After a few minutes resting, I cleaned myself up, got dressed and left. I don’t know if MSOG were available, but the hour was up anyway.

All in all, I’d have to say it was a very ordinary experience, even a little lacklustre. I’m not sure whether she wasn’t really in the mood, or whether there was a lack of chemistry between us. It was by no means a bad experience; she certainly didn’t exhibit a bad attitude or anything like that. But, it wasn’t a memorable experience either.

Frankly, I doubt that I’ll repeat, unless I convince myself that she had an off day, and that a second encounter would be better than the first. However, I think the real problem was so-so chemistry between us. Other reviewers seem to have had better experiences with Chantal, and I don’t question or dispute them.

I can’t honestly recommend that others see her or stay away. It’s your call.

Avery, this is a general commentary ...

Why is it that we (the men) seem to want to decieve the girls by hiding an identity? I guess after I've been outed, I'm a little less sensitive about this situation.

You don't need to be a "secret shopper" with the girls. If they like the way you handle yourself - you get good milage from the session.

Ask any SP ... ugly, smelly clients don't receive the same mileage as a clean, good looking client.

Would you if you were in thier position?

Quimby, most of what you say is undoubtedly true. I sometimes reveal myself as Avery at the booking stage; sometimes I don't until afterward. In a few cases, I don't reveal myself at all.

In this particular case, even though we had made peace, I still wasn't sure whether she'd agree to see me if I identified myself as Avery beforehand, so I decided to use "stealth mode". I also wanted to be able to write an objective review, given her controversial history. All the other ladies on this board that I've seen (charlieboy, Kerry, Mandy, Pandora, willow) know who I am. Three of them knew I was Avery before our first encounter; the other two knew shortly afterward.

Personally, I don't see why we should reveal ourselves at all, unless we want to. Doing so can also put undue pressure on the ladies. They might feel they have do something they don't want to do, to avoid receiving a negative review.

This question comes up on other boards as well. The general consensus among the hobbyists is that it is better not to reveal one's board identity before the first encounter. Even if the reviewer doesn't reveal himself directly afterward, most of the ladies are smart enough to identify them from their reviews.

I'm not sure why you made the comment about "ugly, dirty, smelly" clients in this context. That's totally obvious to everyone (or at least, should be), and would surely apply whether or not the "ugly, dirty, smelly clients" revealed their board identities.

I don't think there is a shot intended here.

I think that what is said is; that some have good chemistry with some, and just have less with others.

This could be the reason for the difference in reviews.

After all, we're not all Valentino in the bedroom!

That's exactly right, Shortie. My review was not a shot at Chantal at all, and should not be taken that way. Not everyone has great chemistry with everyone else; sometimes we don't "click" as well with some people as with others.

I click very well with most of the SP's I see, but not all. There's another SP in Winnipeg (not a PERB member) that I just don't click with at all. Her name has been mentioned here several times, because others have reported the same problem with her. Yet, one PERB member PM'd me to absolutely rave about her. Apparently, he always has a wonderful time with her, so I guess she's just an extreme case of YMMV.

That's just one of the many things that keep this hobby interesting, I suppose.

Well well, cowboygg, you're right about a couple of things.

It was indeed a futon - my error, and no ladder required. LOL! I even edited my review to reflect that.

Also, I suspect you're right about Chantal only reacting to certain guys. I as much as said so earlier. That's why they call it YMMV. If you had a great time with her, that's wonderful. I don't doubt it, and I'm glad you enjoyed yourself - really!

The rest of the stuff doesn't merit a response - it's just a red herring.

There's no need to defend Chantal; she's not under attack from me, or anyone else for that matter.

Cowboygg, you won't go far here with posts like that.
Avery (probably the most respected perb member) made one of the most honest reviews I've seen here. And he did in the most classist way anyone could.
Now you (how long you been here) are saying Avery is lying? Give your head a shake. Your very first post here was a suspect shill for Chantel (wpghottie now) and I was starting to think I may have been wrong but after that post you made, I guess I was right.

Where r your pearly whites "Phoenix"I was told u r the "man"Where is your sense of "HEEHAW"Cowboygg was not being derogatory against your friend "Avery".No need to come to his defence,he is a sweet man .We will connect again!on a different level of chemistry!!Why r u so cereal??(serious)!!LOL

Cowboygg, thanks for your PM and for clearing things up.
