Reese
Had an appointment, showed up 6 min early, and was greeted by a very friendly and cute Daisy. Told her I had an appointment, and she put me in a room, offered me a drink, was very accomodating. She told me Reese would be with me in a couple of minutes, and started the shower. I showered, dried off, and waited... waited... waited... at 17 min after, (20 minutes of waiting) I got dressed and stepped into the hall... sorry for scaring you, Sydney!! and complained about the wait... Daisy quickly offered to show me the other girls, and when I told her she was fine, quickly got me comfortable and got started. The point here is that I showed up on time for my session, I am a paying customer, and I don't feel it very professional to be left alone for 20 minutes... If Reese can't keep a better eye on the clock then what is the point of making an appointment? I know what it is like to feel rushed, when the sp has one eye on the clock, but I made the appointment the day previous and showed up early... isn't the point of making an appointment so that the lady will be ready for us?? We are the one paying for the service, what kind of service is this? Overall, up to now I have been very happy with Supreme and will continue to enjoy this fine establishment... but I am very disappointed with this one servce.
