The "Office Lady" is my All-time favorite (JAV legend "Julia" shown here. See link for full set). The Librarian you have is good, but I prefer more "real" (less Halloween costume) and a bit more clothes to work with in the session. Halloween costumes are cheap though, and I can understand not wanting guys to be pulling at a real tailored jacket and skirt/pants!

That Cowgirl look is VERY 1990s Playboy, which is a good thing. They did a bunch of shoots, including with Pamela Anderson, with outfits back-in-the-day that were nearly identical to that.

It's a hot look, I just generally prefer a bit more clothes, hence my top two picks!
