Question - Itchy red penis

Hi Health Nurse, I'm not sure if you remember this, but I asked you a question sometime last week about this question in a private message because I felt a little embarrased but i would like to make my symtoms public and if you could tell me what you think or post what you did to me previously. Again here are my symtoms. After having unprotected oral sex my penis became very red around the head and very itchy. When I pull the foreskin back there looks to be a clear transparent liquid resembling sweat, but thicker then sweat and only is visible if my foreskin is pulled back. My penis has never felt or looked like this ever, and am wondering if this could be an STD? Please if you can post the message you posted me before. Thank you.

It is difficult for me to diagnose conditions over the internet as I would need to see it as well as do some tests. What I can do is give you some information and recommend what you can do next.

It is possible that it could be an STD given that the symptoms developed a few days after you had unprotected sex. STD like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes can pass this way.

At the same time I have seen guys who have gotten irritation and yeast infections from receiving oral sex as well. You really need a nurse/doctor to have a look and do some tests.
