Question - herpes help - anxiety

I had sex with a SP and her menu was extensive (i.e. DATO, BBBJ). One week later I noticed a pimple not on my penis but under my pubic hair above my penis just randomly. I didnt think too much about it and it didnt really affect my day in anyway since work was so busy. Ive had a pimple in that area before and it went away in a week or so. I went home and when I took a shower I was reminded of the pimple. I'm not sure if I picked at it a lot or not, but it seemed to get abit more painful over the next day (like those stubborn pimples you often get on the center of your face). I didnt think too much about it since I have terrible acne on my face and chest.

My penis started to feel a bit funny like a tingling sensation that is often described online about herpes. I got so paranoid today I went to the gym and had a hard work-out. I felt normal during the work-out and didnt really feel the strange tingling sensation at all (but felt the stubborn pimple) but it came back when I finished the work-out. However, afterwards I went to a friends house and we played video games and the sensation kind of ceased again. I'm not sure if this sensation is a mental thing or not but I can definitely feel it when I sit around and do nothing.

Sex was with a condom but the BBBJ was not. I'm worried I got herpes but I dont have a fever, painful back, painful urinating etc. Just some strange sensation and a pimple. However, I'm worried this is just a prodronal phase.

It is difficult to diagnose conditions over the internet as I would need to take a look at it as well as do some tests. What I can do is if give you some information and some suggestion on what you can do next.

It is hard to say what is going on. It is common to get pimples on the genitals and molluscum can also look like a pimple that are difficult to squeeze.

Herpes generally shows up as multiple small lesions but I have seen some cases where it is just one sore. A BBBJ can pass herpes from the mouth to the genitals and oral herpes is common.

It can be common to get the tingling sensation with a herpes infection that is reoccurring. It is also common to get different sensations on the body that you never notice until you are worried about something or you can feel certain sensations by just thinking about something e.g. Think about head lice and see what happens.

I would highly recommend that you come into an STI clinic or see a doctor while the pimple is still there. It is much easier to do testing while the sore is still there.
