rt, I have a burning tongue ( some white or red spots) , I'm not sure if it is glossitis or not. But when I brush my teeth, there is no bleed in my oral at all.

Under this case, cunnilingus on a HIV-carrier is dangerous?

Hi there

Giving oral sex to a female is low risk for HIV.
Generally the mouth is not kind to the virus and it does not live for long.
It is true that we say if you have an infection or bleeding gums, or very recent dental work it may slightly increase the risk but generally it is still quite low.
In your case, it might not be glossitis and you might like to check with your doctor if the symptoms carry on.

You can use a barrier such as a dental dam, saran wrap or a condom that is split down the side if you are worried.

Here is a link to the risk chart we created on our health nurse blog. It might help.
