The second SP I ever saw was with Scarlett's House. That was about 10 years ago and it was $325 per hour I think. Diana was a great young lady, but she wasn't around long enough for me to see her a second time.
I saw another SP there about 2 years ago. Advertised as GFE, and I asked Scarlett if she kissed and was told that she has the conversation with all the girls and that it is expected. And then of course it was a definite no. This lady was not at all as advertised and basically just lay there for an hour. I think the rate then was $250 for the hour.
On the first visit, Scarlett required that you chat with her about what you were looking for. It was about a 45 minute chat and I think she charged $100 at that time. It was actually kind of interesting. I don't think that process is a requirement anymore and probably just reflects an out-of-date website.
On both occasions, the incall was a short walk from Georgia and Denman, though 2 different locations. The first place was quite nice, the last one was more of a cluttered dump.
I wouldn't recommend them these days.
