Um... not sure this really does what it is trying to set out to do...
Unnecessary, gratuitous, and has a muddled message.
If I was commissioning/paying for this, I wouldn't be very happy.
Yes, shock vids can work (think some of the drunk driving PSA's), but this doesn't.

Very different from the first one. However, a little too drawn out and really only gets to the message at the end.
I think there could have been more of a set-up for the focus of it earlier on.

This is a violent cartoon from when I was a kid.

We might have grown up in different generations then, because this was from my youth:
