I am considering purchasing a duplex and offering the second fully furnished, and tastefully decorated suite as a rental accommodation for local and travelling providers. I would be living and working from the other suite, so you would have SP friendly, discreet, and safe accommodations to work from. It is less than 5 minutes from downtown with 2BR, massive livingroom, eat-in kitchen, 3 piece bathroon, discreet private parking, laundry, and a separate entrance.
This is just a feeler to see if there would be any interest before I proceed with the purchase. Rates would be approximately $150/day with discounts being offered for longer stays. Cleaning services available for an additional fee.
