Rupert and Kingsway is where the Collingwood Library branch is located. There are two three story condo buildings in that area. One is to the left of the library, the other is directly across diagonally the library. It is largely an Asian neighbourhood. Sometimes after ten or eleven, you'll see pimps in their Hummers drop off their girls down the block at the beauty supplies store corner.
