Potential new neighbours

so I'm looking for a new place to live and parked my car outside
the place I'm interested in and when I came back outside found this!

whattheheck does it take to find a decent neighbourhood????

The thing is, there is a nice view from the apartment (the potential
room-mate showed me the view).

but what I don't like is the bathroom is red!!! (the other room-mates
were kind enough to take a pic so you guys could help me decide
if this is a place where you would live ...)

LG - don't do it.... you do not want to live there.

That guava juice will remove the paint from your car...

The girl the middle will remove the chrome from your bumber hitch..

It is a bad move... avoid it at all costs....
