Persistant call blockers that never go away.

I am wondering if anyone has ever actually met the repetitive call blocker who sounds just like Wilson from Home Improvement?

He has been phoning from a blocked number with every excuse in the book on why he should not be ignored for years now and I just need to know that someone else out there has heard this mans voice before and has been harassed by his repetitive blocked calls and absolute disregard for obvious policies and rules claiming he is serious and a paying client. I have tried many different methods of handling blocked calls and nothing works on Wilson. He never tires. Am I alone here?

You are not. the scary thing is he is now phoning from a number that is unblocked. He has called me twice a week for at least 4 years. freak! I stopped answering blocked calls, to tell them to unblock, a loooong time ago because of him.

Can we organize a group to deal with these stalker bothersome fellows? Give them a taste of their own medicine...
