Hey im back(sort of), and im wondering if any SP's or MP's in our fine city take paypal? I know its starting to happen more down East but does anyone do it here?

FredZ had a paypal link at one time accepting donations for PERB. One time when he done-me-good, I tried to find it to make a contribution and did not find it. I e-mailed him about it and he did not reply in that case.... He is certainly not a money grubber... but apparently it was not that popular amongth the PERBerts.

If Paypal discovers that you are an SP and are taking money through their service, they will freeze your dough for 180 days.
This, despite the fact that Paypal started out as a money service for X-rated sites. The rules have changed though and they are very politically correct now.
I know of at least three people in Vancouver who have had thier assets frozen by Paypal and check out www.paypalsucks.com for other horror stories.

Paypal is owned by E-Bay now so maybe that's why they have become a lot stricter on who uses their services.
