I have read a million reviews of Nancy and Anne at Lily’s. I’ve seen Nancy first hand but I can’t seem to find any info on the other girls there. Curious if anyone’s seen the others? Are there only Asian girls there?

My experience is that compared to other places, the cost is comparable. The Asian girls tend to charge a bit less and the Caucasian girls a bit more. If they speak good English, they are more confident in asking for what they believe they are worth. This is true in all places. I was there last night and the bang for the buck was good.
I will make a comment about what I was told by the girl last night. Apparently of late, some guys have been coming in, doing a rough intense fuck, and paying at the end. What is ticking off the girls is that these guys are pretending everything is covered in the room fee
or leaving behind a real crap tip. When these shit heads do that it will lead to either girls leaving, payment always up front, and a rigid price menu. The 'tip' that I am discussing is the girls' full fee. Guys are short changing the girls if they can. I am not advocating for tips above the norm, that is between the guy and girl, but when the guy realistically knows that the room fee goes to the establishment and that there is a 'tip' (i.e. fee for the girl giving FS, etc.) and then pretends it is optional or minor, it is bullshit. I think honestly that all girls should probably charge up front and not rely on the guy to pay a realistic amount. I know that guys will complain about being 'ripped off and bad service' but those girls are flushed out of the system as we know who they are. Whereas the guys are anonymous and can go around being assholes without ramifications.
Ok yeah I get your point and agree. Any guy who goes into one of these establishments thinking the room fee covers everything is not equipped for this hobby. The old saying for me is "when in Rome" as I usually do most of my fun in other parts of the world and hopefully will be next year and the "when in Rome" rule applies in Vancouver as I always pay up front and realistically I don't want to bother with negotiations when things are in the middle of getting hot or doing it before which may set a bad tone. I would imagine the job is challenging enough for most of these women so I try to keep it as simple as possible which generally leads to a better service provided.
At the risk of playing Capt Obvious, it's always confusing how we talk about what we pay at massage/spa places. There's the 'room fee' (that goes to the management), there's the fee for the services provided (sometimes a flat rate, other times based on up-charges), and finally some guys add on a voluntary 'tip' for an outstanding experience.
Personally, I like to know the 'going rate' for a place before I go (hence my question above about the current going rate at Lilys). I also don't feel it necessary to add a tip; this 'hobby' is already expensive enough! And guys who pretend that $50 is a fair price all-in are just dickheads.

The rule of thumb that I use at Lily is;
So if I go for a half hour massage with a HE and I am fondling the girl it would be; 40+50 = 90
If I go for an hour full service it would be; 60+100 (1st 30 minutes) +100 (2nd 30 minutes) = 260
For a 45 minute FS it would be; 50+100 (1st 30 minutes) + 50 (2nd which is 15 minutes) = 200
Judging form what I read, some guys pay 20 less, a few (long established) may even pay 40 less. I don't know if this is true because I am not in the room. If a guy gets a 45 minute FS for 180 he is lucky, if 160 then I am envious but the latter is not common. Other guys pay extra (especially in the case of Nancy) for a more intense performance or tip after because of it. All I know is that giving a bit more adds to the experience. If a guy is trying to pay 80 or 100 for 30 minutes FS then he is being unreasonable, certainly if he does not pay up front.
