Any insight on what has happened here? Phone goes between not being answered at all and "The customer you are calling..." Are they around and just really busy, or off to China again, or have they left?

They were away ... sign on the door said Closed, but Helen is back now.
Seems to be working alone for now until Karen returns.

OK, message said they'd be back July 22, now phone answers with "Memory is full"... any one know whats up?
