Jodie I think this is for pet owners that live on large piece of land, or at least I hope it is. It looks as though a much nicer alternative to the shock collars and the wired invisible fences most owners install for their pet.
I like that idea.Miss. T should love this. Put it on her subbie and track wherever he/she goes, even better with a camera attached.
I think the people need the tracking device on them, so that the pet can locate the errant owner...
