I recently came across the o2 Xda IIi. It's PDA / phone / camera, supports wireless networking, Bluetooth, etc, and has all the features you would need in a PDA. With built in keyboard, I think it would be neat to use. Although it's not available in North America I'm assuming it would be usable in the US.
