North shore recommendation

Hi. Looking for a north Shore recommendation. Not just a ad you saw but more someone you have seen and had a good encounter. Looking for the following

1. Non fs
2. Safe surroundings.
I noticed some of these places when calling they are very rude on the phone . Not sure if I wanna hang with them
3 private. No store front
