No showed and then ghosted

Multiple times now has called and inquired about services, booked an appointment twice and not shown up. I try not to take deposits unless I have to travel. Should have taken his first no show as a clue but did not save his number and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.
This time however I’m double annoyed. 250-*** -0197 Nanaimo area.
