When Nicoletta was Sasha Twin with BLE, they called her Sasha "Twin" because she reportedly had a twin sister who was also with BLE (no, I'm not making this up).

Whether Shayla was Sasha's twin sister or whether it was Nicoletta herself… who knows. Doesn't really matter.
The ad you linked for Shayla is from late last year - there's no one named Shayla with those pictures currently advertising.
