Hey everyone,

Don't know if this is the place for this? If it isn't, please feel free to remove it.

I am considering taking my first foray into this hobby. I have been reading all the posts and want to thank everyone for some great advice and tips. Still working out some of the acronyms and trying to find a good provider for my first time (do I visit a local lady or one that tours?).

The fake ads thread has probably save me a lot of time and frustration (it seems that LL has a lot of fake ads).

Anyway, thanks to everyone here and I will try to post a review when I finally decide who to see.

Always READ THEIR AD before contacting them. Communicate however they specify ie email, text, PM, whatever.

Since you never really know who you're dealing with, it's best to avoid leaving any real contact info. Maybe if you develop a rapport with someone but even then there isn't really any advantage to using your real number.

That's how you feel today, but what if your circumstances are different down the road and you realize it would be a good idea to have a second secret number. e.g; you get a wife or GF who will inevitably pick up your phone when you are not looking then go through your message and call lists. It also keeps you from accidentally sending a text meant for a SP to a friend, relative, co-worker or your mother.

Its a good idea to have a second number to use when any delicate matters of any kind have to be discussed. It can also help organize you: # for social reasons, a number for pooning, a number for business calls and so on.

my 1st and only time(so far), i followed the advice of these vets, and went with a touring lady, who advertises here. i had no references, i paid a $50 deposit, but being that shes a verified poster on this forum i wasnt really scared to do that. i didnt really take a baby step like advised up above, i dove right in!, and tbh im glad i did, @krystalkleer was fkn amazing. good luck, and read read read, i lurked here for like 6+ months before i decided on anything.
