I will be making my first trip to Vancouver soon. I have been a "hobbyist" for a couple of years in Niagara and Windsor. It is interesting to me that there is such a regional difference in services. For example, in Windsor the ladies are typically not as attractive, do not offer bbbj, and are a bit more costly than Niagara. In Niagara, bbbj is standard and the ladies are more attractive.
After reading some threads and looking at some websites, it appears the ladies of Vancouver are gorgeous. You guys are lucky! I noticed that bbbj and other services are on the menu, but a la carte. Can someone help me with the typical cost and the etiquette for a la carte services? For example, do we negotiate prior to scheduling the date, etc.?
