I would like to respond to some of your guys comments on the Tiara/ Tianna thread.
Firstly, Legends is not 'Hard Up' for girls. We have over 20 Ladies on schedule which is more than any parlor in the city. The reason for this is we like fresh faces as much as you guys do so we prefer our ladies to only work part time to make room for new girls.
Secondly, why would we restrict ourselves to only hiring girls from large establishments? Have none of you ever found a diamond in the rough??? I myself started the buisness in a hole and moved on like many girls are trying to do. So I think we should give them a chance and not write them off because of where they came from.
Thirdly, I do not ask the girls to give me a session so that I can see what they are like in the rooms!!!! If an SP has not been reviewed at all there is no way to know what her attitude/ performance will be like once she is hired. All we can do is give them a chance and let them know that they will be replaced if they do not like their jobs.
So, we would love you to come by and meet these beautiful newbies, post your comments good or bad, and please know that management does take your comments into consideration as the inevitable turnover continues.
