Negotiating $$$$ with agencies

Called a couple of SP's in Vegas to set up dates.
The Agency says $$.5 to show up and tips from then on.
They won't tell me an all inclusive per hour amount.
Any tips on not getting rip off?
If the SP shows up and is not the one ordered, do you have to pay the fee for showing up?

Most of the "so called" indy links on eros clearly go to agency answering girl,
Any one know any good indys in Vegas?
