Saw her last night. She seemed a little off... Maybe a little drunk. I'm not sure but she did indicate that she had some aches and pains that needed some attention from a massage therapist. To her credit though she was friendly, engages and really tried to carry on a conversation with her limited English skills. The phone girl is just rude and garbage. I tried to book through LL number and they say they dont have records of me from the past. Used to use this shop down on kingsway. I am not a first time customer. Well if they want to be so protective about it then, I'll go ahead and use different shop. This shop is in the bottom of my rankings. Waste of time.

I guess I'll add to this review. Recent visit with Nana. pics are accurate but like others have said, she's not spinner. got some softness to her.
