I have asked that my photos be removed from Sinderallas web site as I now work at MMC(NOT SINDERALLAS) but my pictures remain on there site. I know of 2 other girls besides myself that have also asked that their photos be removed but STILL THE PICTURES REMAIN ON THE Sinderallas website! What should we do?

hi hun,
the BEST advice i give is to keep hounding them to take them off....but no matter what you do, DONT take legal action because it'll just result in heat for you, heat for them and a bigger headache in the end.
Considering you are in Alberta, im pretty sure if it made it to the news it would be a big thing, correct? well atleast bigger than something like that here in BC.
They will take it down if they hear you bitching enough ....hopefully

I have the same problem here too...except my pic is used in a very public newspaper...face showing..... ......i was thinking of suing the agency ye rite....unless theres a good lawyer on this board.. ..PM me if there is or if anyone got any advice for us beautifull gals that these agencies persist on having around......heheh

MP websites are a Joke!!

Ashley, you know that they are using your pics to get business. I am sure that if I hung a picture of yours at my business; business would pick up instantly. They will continue to use your pics until they find some new talent to replace you with. (from the reviews I have read...good luck)

Aside from misleading pics, why do all of these places spend $$$$ on a web-site and not maintain it? Some of these places have spent huge dollars and yet when I go to check out the schedule, I still have to call to see if it is accurate.

In the case of sinderella's and a couple others that have been changing Sp's latley. If the Sp's are not working there....DON'T POST there pics. At least when they do have new girls posted, i will trust that they actually work there and my impression of the Mp will be a positive one. Take a lesson from Mcdonalds. I drive up to the drive through and if the are out of Nuggets or burgers or the interact does not work, some fry-guy or sombody has already run out and taped a piece of paper on the menue board advising be of the situation. Now I have the choice of staying and having somthing else or taking my business elsewhere. 9 times out of 10 I will stay.

MP owners ard Managers take note.

Your web-site is YOUR Menue board; keep it accurate!

Take a look at the site for the penthoue, (no offence) its a freeking mess; but it is pretty accurate. All of the girls actually work there. If the penthouse was a lower quality establishment you would see pics of Samantha, and a few other hot babes that have graced the tables of this place.

Eventually,

They will come off when they get around to taking them off, thats the way it works with all the sites, they don't react right away in getting pic's on or off the sites. Just like schedules, they are often not correct either. If guys want to know where you are and they are on perb, then they will know already you are at MMC. I'm sure the owner of Sindies will remove them next time the tech guy is working on the site.

I agree with Wannabe. You may have already requested but it should be in writing and if on a law firm's letterhead, will carry a bit more weight. You may also send them a bill every month for use of your pics. The ladies working there should also be quite offended cuz in effect Sindarellas is saying their pictures won't draw business and they need the pics of former employees.

I don't know how they expect to keep their new girls when they can't Post their photos on-line and have pictures of girls who are not even there anymore.

I know Sinderellas is very worried about impressing the same 15 people at See magazine who keep rating them as the number one studio even when Penthouse, Supreme, Passions and MMC all are far better candidates for the crown.

But at the rate they are trying to mislead pooners, they will need a lot of hope that those 15 people from See start spending more money there.

Trust and value is the reason why anyone does business with any company.
They are loosing trust by posting your pictures on-line Ashley, and the quality of SP's working there determine the value of their studio. They seem to have forgotten that.

I went there a couple of weeks not knowing Ashley had moved to book an appointment. When I came in they told me Ashley was sick but another girl was doing a fill but I had my heart set on spending time with Ashley, so I didn't stay. Then I read her thread saying she had already left for MMC, now I do no longer trust Sinderallas and they will no longer get my business.

They are on their way to loosing both trust and value so they may not be around long enough for Ashley to sue them anyway.

If this is the way this place runs the biz, I will never spend a flippin F#@*#! penny using their service. Hey, lets hit this place where it hurts $$$$. Lets boycott them until Ashley's photos are remove perbs! Boycott! Boycott! Boycott!

I have spoken with Sinderallas and have been assured that my photos will be taken down. IT WAS A CASE OF BAD WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR. The great news is that Sinderallas is hiring a new webmaster so their site will be updated, and you know what that means don't you? New sexy photos of hot ladies!!!Not to mention that BSD and Wannabe are now getting along WILL WONDERS NEVER CEASE lol
