It's always a good thing ask if MSOG are allowed when you see someone. If not, try firing off some knuckle children the night before you go, and this should help.
This is why I usually start with a BJ, if I happen to blow in the first 20 minutes, I have lots of time to recover, and administer some DATY in the meantime, which usually gets Little Blaze going again...
