Multiple girls same address, Quadra St

I have been perusing LeoList and found from messaging a couple different girls they both gave the address 505 Quadra St

One is Flora (number ending 0593)

Then there is Ivy (3621)

Both gave the same address.

Then I found another add go up under the name Pony (with the same number as Flora)

So, is this some sort of scam? Funny enough neither asked for a deposit, but do say cash only.

Most likely one asian posting mutiple ads using different #'s and pics.

I ran into a similar situation in a different part of town. There were multiple ladies in the same house. Most of them had more than one ad/name/phone number. They were also doing the b and s thing which is likely why the multiples.
I'd stick with ladies that have solid reviews from respectable members or you might get burned....or at least disappointed.

The ad says "Safe & Hotel". but that address is brand new condos. Id look else where.

I think this is the new way to pay off people condo's, buy a place and then rent it out to someone who can organize SP's that want to rent a clean place.

Not only in Victoria. The same is going on in Nanaimo and Duncan. Usually you can detect with the general location given on the map.

There is also the situation that there are ads under different names and telephone numbers for the same SP. Don’t jump to conclusions, especially that there are several girls at the same address.
