The warehouse owners were previously charged with safety violations. Business doesn't give a shit about safety, all those guys care about is money. Business in China is nuts.
Similar asshole in Winnipeg was manufacturing and storing race car fuel near residential area. Refused to inform fire department of dangerous explosive chemicals while fire was raging. Oh my goodness I don't know how that stuff got in my warehouse! Sorry about the toxic cloud over that side of town. Winnipeg...way more crooked than China.
