MJ isn't as benign as you think.... but I do agree, it's a little silly that we spend so much cash on trying to eradicate something that isn't going away. All it does is put more $$$ into the hands of dealers and growers.

Don't think it's legal anywhere, maybe just tolerated or not enforced in some jurisdictions.

Please explain? I'd be interested to see some stats that put MJ usage issues on par with cigarettes or alcohol.
I just don't understand why anyone would want to go to a pot cafe?
I checked it out once. Bunch of 19-20 year old arrogant kids, who think they invented marijuana.

it is sort of an enforcement policy stating a person found with 2 ounces(not in dime bags-trafficking) may not be charged and a person may grow up to 2 plants for personal use and not be charged. it was clogging up court time and so was seen as a cost cutting measure and a way to decrease court wait times. cafe is kinda cool, but try MJ party headquarters next door, it filled with info on the legal status of MJ.
Lol. That was my experience as well.
I also went to one of the rallies at the VAG and I swear 90% of the supporters were young dudes who look like they just sit around all day in the park waiting for their welfare cheque to arrive. It may not be as harmful overall as cigs or booze but it makes you pretty stupid.
