I would say both looks and service. I've repeated with Malena a few times, I've not repeated with Shauna. Don't forget that everyone is different and likes different things...

Shauna Fox provided bbbj when she first started for CF, she now only provides cbj. Her thighs are a bit heavy now too unfortunately.
Malena Fox is a better choice in my opinion. Only wished she was more sensual, but she is good looking and provides excellent service. Her enhanced rack is quite big, and they feel soft and real, perhaps too soft, I actually prefer them slightly firm when they are enhanced.

Yes, Malena is superior in most ways compared to Shauna, I should point out that Shauna's bbbj is better than Malena's since Shauna does deserve some praise.
