used a fleshlight before honestly its a hassle. you gotta warm it up in hot water, lube it up and then afterwards you gotta clean the cum out of it. totally not worth it. my good ol right hand does the job these days
Tenga puts out some interesting toys. I've tried the Tenga Eggs - they're small, inexpensive and have a bunch of different patterns. Technically they're one-time use but you can use them multiple times if you're careful - clean them up, use decent lube, and away you go.
