This one intrigued me as well. I did a little digging and found some stuff..

She posts the same X/twitter account in every ad. It seems like a legit active account for the last 2 years. Although she doesn't do a ton of self promotion with it.

FB name doesnt come up
From the other Canadian ads, its possible she's been in Canada for months just traveling or whatever. I can only find 1 winnipeg ad now but I thought there was a 2nd ad, and I thought it said she was here for a short time <1 week.
While intrigued, I didn't / haven't reached out as there's a couple yellow flags at least.
