Moderated fasting works very well IME. Day on-day off calorie reduction while still ingesting limited proteins for energy. 3 days/wk minimum alternating. Great results.
But seriously- the best way to lose weight is to not gain it in the first place.
Regulate your diet and cut out processed and shitty consumables that have no nutritional value!
