PSE is pretty hard to find in Victoria dude. Tawny is about the only one that comes to mind that's even close.

In My opinion a PSE should include anal and BBBJ and a certain "attitude" the provider has as to allow the session to be more about "F**king, scenery and multiple positions as opposed to a session with more of a GFE feel like kissing, cuddling, etc
In this case, Puddlegirl and Tawny are the 2 most likely providers to give you the best PSE. Puddlegirl is a true "anything goes" provider (covered penetration) and by far the most openminded provider I have seen. Tawny is very openminded and ethnic/erotic with a very good body.
However, what Gina lacks in BBBJ and anal, she more than makes up for in the "attitude" department and would definately give you an experience to remember. She is totally open to the "scene" of a PSE if not the act(anal and BBBJ), but she does allow facials which, in my opinion makes up for the lack of BBBJ and is how any scene must end. If she provided anal and/or BBBJ this would be the recomendation hands down, but that is up to you to decide the importance of that factor of your PSE
So in the end, if you are looking for:
anal and bbbj/true PSE scene with "anything goes" - Puddlegirl
anal and bbbj and a firm body - Tawny
no anal/bbbj , firm body and a true PSE scene - Gina
just my thoughts.....

Many providers are willing to do anal for an extra tip, but I have found that it doesn't arrive on the menu until late into the session, whereas If I am choosing a provider based on her willingness to travel to greece I expect it to be available from the beginning of the session and for multiple shots on the goal. Thank you for the info Smooth. You were about the only one on here that helped. I agree about the trips to Greece and the BBBJ not totally nessesary if the provider seems actually over the top into it, and the facial is a definite perk! So I think I'll give Gina a call.
