There are so many hotels in Tokyo, and they are a lot more expensive than Vancouver. If you are not Japanese and can't speak Japanese, you will have tough time to find a good pooning experience. It is a lot more expensive and quality you see there is very disappointing. Rather, I suggest you find a nice Irish bar around Roppongi where lots of young attractive Japanese girls like to hang out and to learn English and to have fun. You will get lucky there a lot easier!
