My true waist size is 25 inches, which is close, but as you say, not what he's looking for.

But the running for 1 hour might be even harder- I don't know if this will make me sound really out of shape but when I go to the gym I can only run for 30 minutes. I do run quite fast though. I've never even tried to run for a whole hour- that seems intimidating to me!

If I ever get into awesome shape I will contact you - because I know from previous experience that when I'm jogging 5 days a week, my waist gets smaller because I get stronger abs. My weight also drops from my current 104 pounds to about 97-98 pounds, which sounds extremely light, but I'm quite short so it's a normal weight for me when I'm working out.

Sadly, school keeps me from being as fit as I would ideally like to be- ok, ok, now I'm just making excuses. It's not actually school- it's that I got lazy when I got out of my work out routine.

Actually for men a 10k under 40 minutes isn't too big a deal. Not something that anyone can just get up and do but anyone who runs that sort of distance regularly wouldn't have a problem coming in under 40 minutes.

For a woman, under an hour isn't a big deal IF she is someone who is a regular distance runner, ie: used to running at least 5k or so at least 5-6 days a week and used to doing 10k at a shot.

Most of the female distance runners I've known have been pretty thin, but a 22" waist is a tougher one to manage unless she's really tiny (ie: short) too.

of course, what you REALLY need is a transexual, they could manage both those requirements with relative ease.

It seems to me, that Krustee wasn't making light of anything. Actually, I thought he was very being serious.
