Location & locals, would love to see quality in the south end of town.

I get it.

Central works good as it's in the middle and equal for everyone. Airport area and downtown work great for travelling SPs too as you'll reach the most amount of cock in the least amount of time.

However, business obvously must slow down for locals. I'm not suggesting to move, but maybe getting a hotel for a week in a new part of town will earn some extra business and potential regulars.

I personally hate dealing with downtown or airport anything....it's a hassle and just out of the way.

I have to agree, i hate the parking and the traffic versus a suburban area. Convenience, cleanliness, attitude are definately factors for me when choosing an SP.

I'm on the south end of town , and hate to travel downtown and to airport area, so I'm all for some new talent providing out of the permiter , Pembina area.
there are a few here but been around a long time and the rest are questionable off of bp.

I'm in the South as well. Unfortunately for us Winnipeg has such terribly planned roads without the thought of future expansion. There is clearly a market here in the south.. ladies? :eyebrows:

I actually started out in the south end of the city. I live in that part of the city too! I'm sure some of you boys remember good times there ,) lol I finally got my own in call location because a lot of gentlemen found it to far to come pay a visit. It might be fun to possibly rent a room when needed to spend time with some of you ,)

Every now and then a visiting SP has set up shop in the hotel at Pembina/McGillvray, but hasn't stuck with it. That location should be at least as good as an airport hotel, and does allow a SP to differentiate herself from the airport and downtown ladies. Not sure why it doesn't work in the long run.

Locals have been known to work out of some motels further south but the reviews were mostly bad.

Throwing my vote in for ladies renting a room for a day or 2 in the south end, the convenience is great even if it costs a little extra.
